About/Contact

Once described by a supervisor as a “sociologist gone bad,” Parke Troutman is  a San Diego-based policy advocate and analyst, engaged in issues from city planning to the local food movement to federal anti-poverty programs. Insofar as raising a preschooler leave free time, he enjoys writing and is a serious bookworm, with a strong interest in current politics and history, especially Antiquity and World War Two.
